Trendy by AD Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for shopping at Trendy by AD! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a generous refund policy.

Eligibility

All items purchased from Trendy by AD are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that have been worn or damaged
• Items that have been washed or dry-cleaned
• Items that have been altered or personalized
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

How to Return

To return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
2. Attach the return label that you received with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return instructions as above. In the "Reason for Return" section of the return form, please indicate that you would like to exchange the item. We will process your exchange and send you the new item within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item to us. We will not refund shipping costs.
