Trendy by AD Return Policy

We at Trendy by AD are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

Returns and Exchanges

• You may return or exchange most items purchased from Trendy by AD within 14 days of the date of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, we will be happy to do so for a different size or color of the same item.
• If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will issue you a credit for the amount of the original purchase.

Refunds

• If you would like to return an item for a refund, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
• Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Jewellery
  • Accessories

Return Instructions

To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
2. Include the original receipt or invoice with the item.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
