White Friday 2026 UAE: When and How to Order Bulk Uniforms (Abu Dhabi Guide)

Quick Answer (read this first)

White Friday 2026 in the UAE falls on Friday 27 November 2026. If you need uniforms for a clinic, hotel, restaurant, school or cleaning company, the best approach is to request your quote and confirm sizes by early November, place the order before the sale week begins, and avoid last-minute ordering when suppliers and couriers are busiest. At Trendy by AD in Abu Dhabi you can order maid and housekeeping uniforms, nurse and medical scrubs, lab coats and chef coats in bulk, with delivery across all UAE emirates.

When Is White Friday 2026 in the UAE?

White Friday is the Gulf version of Black Friday. It follows the same timing as the global sale, which is the last Friday of November, and in 2026 that date is 27 November. Many UAE retailers run offers for the whole week around that date, and some continue into the first days of December. UAE National Day (the 55th anniversary) follows on 2 and 3 December, so businesses also plan staff uniforms and branded workwear around that period.

Tip: These are planning dates we recommend, not deadlines set by any authority. Always confirm exact production time with your supplier.

Why White Friday Is a Smart Time to Buy Bulk Uniforms

Most people think of White Friday as an electronics and fashion sale. For businesses it is also a good moment to renew workwear, for four reasons:

1. Budget cycles: Many UAE companies use the last quarter to spend remaining annual budget on staff needs.
2. Better pricing on volume: Larger quantities usually unlock tiered pricing. Ask for a price per piece at 10, 25, 50 and 100 units.
3. New season staffing: The winter tourist season brings extra hires to hotels, restaurants and cleaning companies, and new staff need uniforms quickly.
4. New year readiness: Ordering before December means your team starts January fully uniformed.

Which Uniforms Do UAE Businesses Order in Bulk?

Maid and Housekeeping Uniforms

Hotels, cleaning companies, serviced apartments and households order maid uniforms in sets (tunic and trousers or dress). Look for breathable, easy-wash fabric, reinforced pockets and colours that hide stains. See our Maid Uniform in UAE (2026 Guide) and the Housekeeping collection.

Nurse and Medical Scrubs

Clinics, dental centres and hospitals order scrub sets in several sizes at once. Hijab-friendly styles (zip-front, snap-button and collared) are in strong demand across the UAE. Read our guide to Hijab-Friendly Nurse Scrubs in UAE and browse Scrubs Sets and Lab Coats.

Chef Coats and Kitchen Wear

Restaurants and cafes usually order white and black chef coats with piping. Check fit, fabric weight and heat comfort in our Chef Coat in the UAE (2026 Guide).

School and Institute Uniforms

Schools and training institutes order uniforms in large size ranges and need consistent colour matching across batches.

How to Order Bulk Uniforms in the UAE: Step by Step

Step 1: Count your team and collect sizes. Create a simple sheet with name, role, gender and size (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Add 5 to 10 percent extra pieces for new joiners and size changes.

Step 2: Choose the uniform type and colour. Pick the style for each role (for example nurses, receptionists, housekeeping, kitchen staff). Keep your brand colours in mind.

Step 3: Decide on logo and name embroidery. Share your logo as a high-resolution file (PNG, SVG or PDF). Decide where it goes (chest, sleeve or back) and whether staff names are needed. Read more in Custom Staff Uniforms in the UAE.

Step 4: Request a written quote. Ask for a price per piece, logo cost, delivery cost, VAT and production time. Compare quotes on the same specification, not only on price.

Step 5: Approve a sample. For larger orders, check fabric, stitching, colour and logo placement on one sample before full production.

Step 6: Confirm and pay. Confirm quantity, sizes and delivery date in writing. Pay before the White Friday week so your order is not delayed by the sale rush.

Step 7: Receive and check on delivery. Check quantities and sizes on arrival and report any issue within the return window. Trendy by AD offers a 7-day return policy on eligible items, so read the Return Policy for the full terms.

8 Mistakes to Avoid When Buying Bulk Uniforms

1. Ordering too late. Production, embroidery and couriers all slow down in sale weeks.
2. Skipping the sample. Colour and fabric can look different on screen.
3. Wrong sizes. Always use a size chart and measure real staff.
4. Choosing price over fabric. Cheap fabric fades and shrinks, which costs more in the long run.
5. Poor logo files. Low-resolution logos give blurry embroidery.
6. Forgetting VAT and delivery. Compare final landed price.
7. No spare stock. New hires need uniforms in the same batch colour.
8. Ignoring hijab and modesty needs. For UAE teams, choose cuts that suit your staff.
